Soludo appoints chief of staff, head of service, others

Gov. Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra has approved the appointment of key officials and special advisers for various roles in his administration This is contained in a statement issued on Monday in Awka by his Press Secretary, Mr Christian Aburime. According to the statement, the appointments are part of efforts to strengthen governance and enhance service delivery in the state. Those appointed include Mrs Ngozi Iwouno as Head of Service and Mrs Joachim Anetoh as Principal Secretary to the Governor. Others are Dr Ben Nwankwo as Chief of Staff; Prof. Frank-Collins Okafor as State Chief of Protocol; and Mr Tobechukwu Nweke (SAN) as Attorney-General of the state. Also appointed are Mr Christian Aburime as Chief Press Secretary; Dr Vincent Okechi as Deputy Chief of Staff; and Ms Ngozi Okoye as Deputy State Chief of Protocol. The governor further approved the appointment of Dr Godwin Nnadozie as Special Adviser on Medicals and Pharmaceuticals. Ms Chinwe Okoli was appointed Special Adviser on Innovation and Business Incubation, as well as Chief Executive Officer of the Solution Innovation District. In addition, Prof. Ebuka Nwankwo was named Special Adviser on Special Projects and Director of Project Evaluation and Monitoring, while Mr Ken Emeakayi was appointed Special Adviser on Community Security.
