The Relax Tinubu Is Fixing Nigeria (RTIFN) initiative has continued to expand its humanitarian and empowerment efforts with the hosting of a transformative event in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) focused on youth inclusion, leadership, and nation-building. The event, organised by RTIFN and coordinated by its National Director of Humanitarian Services, Ambassador Halimat Sadiya Hadi, alongside the Deputy Director, Charles O. Ibufune, brought together youth leaders, community stakeholders, and entrepreneurs committed to contributing to Nigeria’s development. Speaking at the event, the National Director, Hon. Farida Deborah Ibrahim, encouraged women and young people to actively participate in politics and urged them to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) in order to contribute meaningfully to the democratic process. Also speaking at the event, the National Director of Research and Policy Development, Debbi O. Oghene, who served as a panelist alongside Ambassador Jefferson Onyebuchi, discussed nation-building and highlighted the achievements of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu since assuming office. In her remarks, Ambassador Halimat Sadiya Hadi reaffirmed RTIFN’s commitment to supporting vulnerable groups and creating opportunities for young Nigerians to thrive. As part of the programme, six entrepreneurs received financial support aimed at strengthening and expanding their businesses. According to her, the initiative forms part of RTIFN’s broader vision to encourage self-reliance, innovation, and economic empowerment among Nigerians, particularly young people and women. Ambassador Hadi, widely recognised for her philanthropic efforts, has consistently championed humanitarian initiatives that support the less privileged while mentoring young girls and women to grow into confident leaders and contributors to society. She also used the occasion to commend the administration of the All Progressives Congress (APC) under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, noting that the government’s policies and reforms are gradually laying the foundation for sustainable growth and national renewal. Ambassador Hadi further commended Barrister Seyi Tinubu for his continuous support for youth-focused initiatives and humanitarian programmes that are impacting lives across the country. She also praised the Director General of RTIFN, Hon. Ahmed Bala, for his leadership, vision, and commitment to mobilising grassroots support for the Renewed Hope agenda while driving impactful empowerment programmes through the organisation. Ambassador Hadi urged Nigerians to remain patient and keep faith in the administration, expressing confidence that the Renewed Hope Agenda will continue to deliver positive outcomes for citizens across the country. “The future of our nation depends on how we empower our youth, support our women, and uplift the most vulnerable among us. Through RTIFN, we will continue to champion initiatives that bring hope and opportunity to communities,” she said. The Kogi State chapter of RTIFN was represented at the event by the Secretary, Yunusa A. Yunusa, and the State Director of Protocol, Adeboh O. Jonathan, who commended Ambassador Hadi’s leadership and dedication to humanitarian service. Participants praised the initiative, noting that the empowerment support and mentorship provided through RTIFN are helping to inspire young entrepreneurs and strengthen grassroots development across communities.
