Police arrest man for allegedly shouting ‘no water, no light’ during northern governor’s Sallah visit

A 38-year-old man, Hamisu Abdullahi, was arrested for shouting “no water, no light” during Niger State's Governor Bago's visit to Suleja's emir after Eid prayers.
