ISBMPA confers doctorates on clinical researcher Ogundele, digital marketing expert Oluyelu

The Institute of Strategic Business Management and Public Administration (ISBMPA) Ghana has conferred Distinguished Fellowship Doctorates on two Nigerian professionals, Ms. Adeola Ogundele and Mrs. Bukola Francisca Oluyelu, in recognition of their outstanding contributions in their respective fields. The duo were conferred the awards on Tuesday, March 17, at a ceremony held in the conference hall of the Arthur Mbanefo Digital Research Centre (AMDRC), University of Lagos. ISBMPA is an international organisation dedicated to honouring exemplary leaders in business, public administration, and related sectors who demonstrate integrity, innovation, and positive impact. Ms. Adeola Ogundele received the Distinguished Fellowship Doctorate in Clinical Research and Healthcare Management and inducted into the institute’s 2026 Hall of Fame. According to her citation, read by ISBMPA’s Country Director for Nigeria, Dr. Ani Freeman, Ogundele is a dedicated healthcare professional based in Arizona, United States, where she serves as a Senior Clinical Research Associate. She holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree and is pursuing a Doctor of Public Health. The citation highlighted her extensive experience managing investigative sites across Phase I to IV clinical trials in diverse therapeutic areas, including Women’s Health, Nephrology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Respiratory, and Cardiology. Her work emphasises ensuring client comfort, dignity, excellence, justice, compassion, and respect for multicultural clients and their families. She excels at assessing site performance, ensuring protocol compliance, safeguarding subject safety, maintaining data integrity, building strong investigator relationships, mentoring junior staff, supporting FDA inspections, and driving operational excellence through proactive risk identification and process improvements. In her acceptance speech, Ogundele expressed gratitude to ISBMPA for deeming her worthy of the recognition. “Being acknowledged by an institution that celebrates leadership, innovation, and excellence across borders is both an honour and a privilege,” she said. She added that the award was not hers alone but belonged to those who had supported her journey: “Every milestone in my career has been shaped by mentors who believed in me, colleagues who collaborated with me, and communities who trusted the work we do.” Mrs. Bukola Francisca Oluyelu was also honoured with the Distinguished Fellowship Doctorate in Media Management and Digital Marketing. Her citation, also read by Dr. Freeman, described her as a senior business executive with more than 16 years of experience in media, client service, and corporate communications. She currently serves as Executive Director of Human Management at LB3 Investment and Chief Operating Officer at Adroll Media Limited. Previously, she was General Manager of Client Services at Bond & Templers Limited for nearly a decade, where she drove sustained market expansion, supported corporate campaign delivery, strengthened ethical partnerships, and enhanced internal collaboration. In her response, Mrs. Oluyelu described the recognition as humbling and said it reaffirmed her commitment to pushing boundaries in the media and digital marketing landscape.
