FG commences February Salary payment

...To pay one month wage award arrears By Emma Ujah The Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation (OAGF) has commenced the payment of February 2026 salaries to Federal Government treasury-funded workers. Mr. Bawa Mokwa, Director, Press and Public Relations, OAGF, explained, Monday, that the delay in salary payment’s was due to a “technical glitch” but that it has been resolved. He added that necessary measures have been put in place to prevent a recurrence. The Director also disclosed that the Office has received approval and have concluded the process of payment of one month wage award arrears out of the three months outstanding.
